Complaints

The seller is liable for the lack of conformity of the goods that arise within two years from the date of purchase in accordance with article 10 of the law of 27 July 2002 on special conditions of consumer contracts.

Externally damaged packages must be reported to the package deliverer upon delivery. The parcel deliverer is obliged to check the parcel and to write the complaint form together.

The seller must consider the complaint within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods. After the customer has informed the seller about the return, the customer is obliged to send the goods immediately to Kaab/TRENA Maltitz 35A, 02627 Weißenberg.

If the complaint is accepted, the money will be returned within 14 days. If the complaint is assessed as negative, the seller will return the goods to the customer at his own expense after prior agreement.

Complaints will be considered in relation to the complaint form, receipt or invoice.
