Description
Lisap 40V (12%) oxidizing emulsion is a cosmetic used in any sensible highlighting or coloring of hair. It has oxidizing properties, which are especially useful when dyeing / bleaching blonde hair. They protect against sunny yellow hair strands. In addition, thanks to the use of an oxidizing emulsion with a cream consistency and mixing it with the paint, a longer and better effect can be obtained. Thanks to the emulsion, the pigment can reach the deeper zones inside the hair and stay there for a long time. Another advantage is the comprehensive formula that at the same time moisturizes and protects the hair from chemical substances contained in dyes.
