Description
Creamy oxidizing emulsion based on hydrogen peroxide. The innovative formula of the product contains milk proteins and coconut oil, which protects the hair from drying out during the coloring treatment. The emulsion creates a compact and easy-to-apply mixture that enhances the effect of Inebrya coloring cream . The oxidant with a concentration of 12% (40 vol.) is ideal for coloring brightening up to 5-6 tones.
